BUNGALOW DEMOLITION BEGINS ON-SITE

October was an exciting month for Phi Design + Build. In 2019 we gained planning approval for the demolition of an existing bungalow and replacement with a new 4-bed dwelling. After the disruption of the Covid-19 pandemic we are pleased to announce that building works have now started on-site!

Phase One began with the demolition of the existing bungalow and was swiftly followed by the groundworks which formed the solid foundations on which to construct the steel frame. Once this was erected we were able to take delivery of the pre-fabricated timber structure.
