PERSONALISED HANDMADE CLAY TILES

You can't beat traditionally hand-made Kent clay tiles to create a truly authentic roof for an oak-framed barn. For this restoration of a traditional oak-framed threshing barn we sourced tiles from a local Kent-based manufacturer, where each tile is hand-made using traditional techniques. Our Client was keen to leave their mark on the building, and as part of the service, they were invited to the factory for the afternoon to create hand-prints in a small batch of tiles. None of the family were left out - even the grandchildren got a turn!
