This contemporary subterranean 4-bed house, sited next to a dis-used railway line, was designed with a flat green roof to blend in with the surrounding landscape. Large glazed southern aspects provide uninterrupted views of the lake and beyond. The design incorporates an internal sunken courtyard and material finishes that reflect the nature of the site.
